good wine will always be a magnificent ornament for your table with which to honour your guests.
An excellent meal will not be complete if it is not accompanied by fine wines suited to each dish. It can also be said that the elegance of a dinner is recognised by its wines.

If white wine should be served very cold, although not freezing, red wines, such as Bellefont Belcier, which have a delicate aroma, are not easily appreciated if they are drunk too cold. Yet they should never be heated and it is a heresy to place them near the fire or to plunge them into hot water.

The art of wine-making
It is in our oak casks, selected from the best cask-makers in France, that our wine acquires other tannins, other subtle aromas which give it all its richness and character. These casks ensure the stabilisation, the maturing and they add hints of a wood and vanilla quality to the intensity and complexity of the flavour of the Saint Émilion vintage wines.

An average of 15 to 18 degrees centigrade will allow you to taste our wines in all their splendour.
With age, it may well be a good idea to transfer them to a decanter so that they are slightly oxygenated.
You will thus be able to admire their beautiful ruby red colour
